How COM1 handles account, API key, order, and usage information.

Account Data

COM1 may store account details such as name, email, avatar, role, plan, API key, request limits, and profile update time.

Data is used for login, profile management, API key validation, request limits, plan activation, order checks, and service improvements.

Your API key identifies your account when accessing endpoints. Keep it private and regenerate it if you think it has been exposed.

Order information may include order ID, total amount, selected plan, status, payment method, and completion time.

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials safe and should not share account access with others.

Users may delete their account from the profile page. After deletion, access and API key usage may stop.

This policy may be updated when features, access rules, or service operations change.
